I saw a job posting for File Lead at a Kroger store in the Fort Worth area. Does anybody know what the pay rate might be for a job like that? I currently make 16.55 an hour, which is top pay for my department, so I'm just wondering if it would be any more money than what I'm currently making.

People just hate me without my mask also shoppers are listening to their favorites...Customer told his or her children to avoid me. I do think it's nice they avoid me it will help me complete my task a bit quicker. I am keeping this post in light manner.

My suggestions: 1. Eliminate the "Kroger Pride" program (and the Allyship Guide with it.) 2. Stop paying for abortion and birth control in company health plans 3. Acknowledge that we DO have problem customers-and deal with them severely 4. Don't transfer problem managers to another store-that h...

Seafood and floral dept heads dont get a bonus? They mostly run their departments by themselves. If I was one Id ask for a bonus or by gone by the end of the week.

Woman complained her card didn't work. Said she tried several times. She then came up to the window and said "But I am only trying to get $20 cash out!"-Lady, you can't fix STUPID! *As an addendum, please read the warning label on the pump about using a DEBIT CARD at the pump!*

My online schedule says that Im off on Saturday, which leaves me with a total of 40 hours. But the schedule posted on the wall has me working on Saturday, which gives me a total of 48 hours. So which one is considered the correct schedule? FWIW, I have no desire to work on Saturday.

I found a new way to cut down on out of stocks. I work picklist and sometimes I'll get an order that's entirely sub-free. No subs whatsoever. This one guy decided to make one of the tables his domain. It's at the back corner so no problem, right? Wrong! Although he sits far away from everyone else...

I've been hearing "Summer Nights" from Grease lately at work. It's not John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John. The guy's voice just sounds generic. The girl's voice has a high pitched girlly sound with maybe a diva quality to it. Anyone know who it is?

I was told by some employee at Kroger that they were hiring and they still give hazard pay and I should cash in on it then just do the bare minimum and get let go. Im all for free money so when do they give this out to the new hires? gonna let 2 of my other friends in on this so we can save enough for a studio
