Earlier this week one of the supervisors hands me a frozen return and asks me to put it back. I go and do what I'm told, but along the way I'm paged to come back up to the front end by the department head. They wave me over and I explain my task and then I'm told that it's the supervisors' job to handle returns an...

This ten minute daily training is b.s. It is a waist of time and effort. Most of my store has given up doing it. This only came into existence because of contracts that say we'll give our associates additional 10 minutes of training a day. These proems are already covering information I already knew and...

Store manager finally decided to ban a couple kids for being brats and disrupting business every time they came in. Enough of their arrogance the manager finally decided. Kid(s) got caught stealing and of course they denied it but we all saw them and are 100% guilty of it. Every time they come in they d...

Hello, Is there a list SOMEWHERE online that has all of the Kroger stores along with their respective "official" store numbers? Especially in the Louisville Division, but any and all would be nice. Thanks!!

I saw a job posting for File Lead at a Kroger store in the Fort Worth area. Does anybody know what the pay rate might be for a job like that? I currently make 16.55 an hour, which is top pay for my department, so I'm just wondering if it would be any more money than what I'm currently making.

I'm sorry but I lost respect for old people working this job. There I said it. Do you people literally have nothing to do but be nasty as s--hit each time you come in?

My suggestions: 1. Eliminate the "Kroger Pride" program (and the Allyship Guide with it.) 2. Stop paying for abortion and birth control in company health plans 3. Acknowledge that we DO have problem customers-and deal with them severely 4. Don't transfer problem managers to another store-that h...

Seafood and floral dept heads dont get a bonus? They mostly run their departments by themselves. If I was one Id ask for a bonus or by gone by the end of the week.

Woman complained her card didn't work. Said she tried several times. She then came up to the window and said "But I am only trying to get $20 cash out!"-Lady, you can't fix STUPID! *As an addendum, please read the warning label on the pump about using a DEBIT CARD at the pump!*

Quick question: where does the music come from in Kroger stores? Is it like Walmart where they have radio DJs, does someone play it from a Spotify playlist? Simply, where does it come from/who controls it? Thanks

My online schedule says that Im off on Saturday, which leaves me with a total of 40 hours. But the schedule posted on the wall has me working on Saturday, which gives me a total of 48 hours. So which one is considered the correct schedule? FWIW, I have no desire to work on Saturday.

Figured we could have a topic for comments, questions, funny or crappy experiences on self checkout. Today was my first official shift (8 hours, whew!) on U-Scan, or Self-Checkout (Express!). Prior to today, I had roughly two hours or so of training (about 2-3 months ago) before my official promoti...

I found a new way to cut down on out of stocks. I work picklist and sometimes I'll get an order that's entirely sub-free. No subs whatsoever. Well, to bypass that and keep our oos low what I do is this: 1. A customer wants 24oz Prego Meat flavored spaghetti sauce. For $4.99 we are out but we have the 48oz one...
