With this vote coming up next week sometime, is there a copy of the contract online? I haven't even seen this new contract - just heard rumors of whats inside it. How can i vote on something i haven't even seen?
So we have a total store inventory and they load the number into our system and things were counted wrong. The grocery manager is like no big deal because he gets to work more overtime to fix them, but meat dept. is screwed as there's no overtime in meat.
I am a attendant at self checkout but I notice that everyone gets safety bucks except me. They normally give it to people who dont do ****. They have cut everyones hours on the Front down to about 17 hours and I notice some employees in the other departments have 6 or 9. Thats not the point, the point is at se...
so I work at marianos & the building is not like the others Marianos stores where its all built from the ground and stuff like that but today the roof of the receiving dock collapsed . Thankfully no one was hurt! But yes their was a lot of damage. I was like wow
I was hired at food4less on Aug, 2010. Ive worked on my birthday every year since 2010. How does holiday pay affect me when i work on my birthday or anniversary date. Is it paid out at time-1/2 or double time?
I asked this question about a year ago and got wildly different answers. Now we have new management in our store and I thought I would revisit the issue. Have you ever had a situation in your store where an obviously intoxicated individual tried to buy beer or other alcohol and if so how was it handled? I...
This isn't for me this is for co workers and couldn't find a answer. We have a lazy grocery manager that's a dick, liar and doesn't know how to talk to people. He tares people down and threatens to fire them instead of encouraging and building people up. Crew Chief does the same and acts the same way. I wi...
Or at least the ones you don't like to associate yourself with. Like you want to seem like you have some type of rapport with them, but really you don't like them. So one of the tactics of keeping the illusion alive but still giving them subconscious signals to stay away from you is sometimes when they wa...
I don't understand how the "powers that be" expect the deli to function well......and how employees will get their breaks. It's ridiculous. Oh that's right. ..they don't care.
I have a serious question, what is your thoughts on customers that open carry inside your Kroger store? What is your thoughts of employees that conceal carry while working? Before you answer these questions think about you answer(s). I'm going to tell you right now I'm an active gun user I conceal car...
I work nutrition in a non integrated store and need to know how to find out what products are/are not my responsibility. I'm assuming one way of doing this is to check the department and sub department of a product in the handheld but is that correct? If so, how do I get a list of sub department numbers?
Hello, I am wondering will I have to go back through training at the kroger training center in Alpharetta if I am a rehire and I worked at the same store location? I have an interview this week but I was just wondering what would be the process if I am rehired.
I think I read this here a couple of times but I didn't understand it. Can someone explain to me why Kroger doesn't like to give full time status? Is it because they don't have to give you benefits?
Hi, What would your reaction be (or should be) to your dept head that keeps making last-minute changes to your schedule, such as switching the days you have off (right before the day you have off, she suddenly says "I need your to work tommorow and take the next day off instead" because someone else pro...
