I was recently told by a supervisor that gift cards have to be separated from the rest of the groceries. I honestly forgot what she said , something about it being the holidays and if the two are rung up together , the total ends up being 0. I dont know something like that. Just curious as to whether it is li...
I ordered 25 cases of sweet potatoes tomorrow. We already have 10 cases in back stock and the shelves are full. At first I thought we would be able to sell through all of this, even after checking the POP projections. I ran out of sweet potatoes during Thanksgiving week so this time I bumped the order up an...
Probably should have asked this a long time ago. But apparently I thought I was doing it "right" but I guess not. In regards to taking your 15 min breaks. I know that it says in the handbook that you can't do it until you have been on for 2 hours. Does that mean 2 hours since you clocked in. Or does that mean if y...
One of my regular customers was chatting me up about what if I go to school or not. I told him I'm 30 and that I want to go to school to get a degree in computer science. He said I'm too old for that.
Okay so I was suspended on my first no call no show/ the only day of work I have properly missed since I was hired 3 years ago and when I asked why I wasn't getting a write up instead they said they were following the handbook (which they conviently didn't have when I asked) and I've never heard of this happen...
I asked for 3 days off in a row(for a real reason) and 2 of them are approved and 1 is 'processing'. What does processing mean? And, does a computer make part time schedules? Or does a real employee?
i recently got hired as a part-timer in the deli. Iv only completed two days, but I can tell the job just isnt for me. I have extreme anxiety and panic disorder, and since my first day Iv been having panic attacks before, during, and after both shifts. The manager even allowed me to leave an hour early my fi...
Clicklist specific rant: On Sunday, I took a phone call and this guy was wondering why there was such a "huge" discrepancy between his finalized total [about $115] and his estimated total [$104 or $105] and I looked through his order and he had a few weighted things from the meat department. Also,...
And after you did, were you satisfied that they learned everything that you tried to teach them? In my case, I had to train a new cashier. Not exactly sure if I gave them too much information all at once or not the right kind of information. I'm getting this strange feeling of wanting to see how they progre...
Is it just me or has the express hr pay stub not updated yet? its still showing the last week 12/14 pay stub and not this week. Hopefully its not just me.
We are no longer allowed to bring skids or pallet jacks onto the sales floor between 9am and 9pm. This does not allow us to bring out skids of case water to stock the floor for our customers. Also, when we stock eggs in the bunker we did bring out the skid which increased productivity and reduce the amoun...
After being scheduled to work from last Tuesday up until today, I finally called in on Saturday and Sunday night. Tuesday was a 13hr day, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday were all long too which left me with 54hrs in the end. Didn't wanna have to call in twice in a row, but I was sooo sore. When Thursday a...
All Associates, I need your help. Just found out that Kroger, sent my store a Kroger shipper of the Famous Christmas Cookies. They were sold out as fast as they came in. A customer asked me to get them and to let them know when they come in. I understand that sometimes merchandise comes in and is gone very...

I know you don't change it at the store but there are so many numbers for corporate. Which one do I call for PickNSave to get my tax...
