I have worked at Kroger for 3 months now as a bagger and have never logged into Express HR. Every time I remember to go upstairs and talk to somebody about it, no one is there. I usually work late-ish. Somewhere between 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 is when I work normally. Maybe it is my fault? I have my 4 digit number that I clock in with (EUID?). When I try setting up a password, it tells me to enter my information and I do. Then it tells me, "Sorry. Based on the User ID and answers you provided, we cannot proceed with this password request." Does anyone else get this problem? If you have, how did you fix it? Am I just going to have to go there one day I am not working and hope someone is there that can help me?
Side note: I seem to have a lot of other questions about Kroger. Kroger (at least mine) doesn't seem to inform us very well.
You have to know your euid your first initial and your last name initial and a set of numbers . Log in with that then click password help and follow the prompts. Will make you set security questions before making a password.
just ask the CSM or a manager for your euid... it takes 5 seconds for them to log into kronos and find it. then go to "passport" on a computer at the store and press forgot password in order to change it.
