On the old esced website, the sick pay equation would average 8 hrs for every 40 worked. On this new system it sucks. I average 32 hrs a week and I only gain about 1.25 hrs for every 8 hrs worked. In my 30 plus years with Kroger I have never dealt with a more hateful person than she is. She used to work at Walmart and she said she fired someone who had worked there over 30 years, and she was smiling when she said it.
