Kroger needs to reinitate the covid call outs procedures.
(Preview)
I feel like kroger lifted the covid call out leniency too quickly. There's been a time or two I've been sick. The only way they believed me was when I puked on the check stand. Even though I called out when the store opened. We've had a couple positive cases at my store but they won't tell us. Now instead of b...

Anyone familiar with Brandi (?) from Cincinnati?
(Preview)
She just started at my store as store manager and she's already causing trouble. She seems very inflexible and seems to think that all departments should be able to follow Kroger guidelines to the letter regardless of whether they are adequately staffed or not. If you did work with her, I'm curious...

Why do FES....
(Preview)
Why do FES always think they are responsible for the other front end employees? Is it that they don't understand that they are on the same payscale? Is it because they are on power trips? Do they think management has given them the right to boss people around? The only responsibilities of FES are: 1) Org...

$15 starting pay
(Preview)
Heard a rumor today that Kroger was starting $15 for new hires. If it's true, doesn't Kroger realize that's going to cause a walk out for some of us who've been there over a decade and making a little more than people who are starting at Taco Bell?
