Maybe 1/3 of our SCO attendant's job is telling people to hit the card button (or just doing it for them). Is it some legal/liability thing or just stupid Kroger software not recognizing the card is in the machine? Do other stores do the same thing?

I am concerned about privacy issues = it's none of anyone's business what my BMI or other info is. Concerned it could be used against someone if they got into some kind of dispute with Kroger

Do you guys have a grocery manager or backup everynight? We are to the point where 2 nights a week double truck we only have 3 part timers and having to unload trucks. I feel like this is management job.
