You associates can be lazy at times.... You all need to remember I make your paycheck a reality! Start smiling more! helping more!! and know where the item ASK FOR IS located in YOUR STORE!! Always remember the customer IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!! :)

How does someone become a Lead when they don't know how to do the job? Our Lead doesn't do the PPSTs right, doesn't do the ordering or inventory right, and doesn't do the scheduling right. I mean I don't get it. We are always out of something, usually the most important things. Like Yellow aprons, rotiss...

How do you respond to a customer who tells you "I shop at this location every week, and I am a loyal customer" when you have to enforce company policy regarding their paying with a temporary check or for any other reason?

Title pretty much sums it up. They have no clue how things work and treat the Kroger workers horrible. Bad decision by Kroger brass to hire these people.

got a call for a interview to work for the state as a precrument officer. But I am a DH with Kroger and make more money then I would with the state and could be more stressfu.. do you think its worth doing?

So about 2 months ago when got a new CSM and me and her have not got along the entire time. So for the passed two weeks I have here my time to fix and shes out in the wrong time. And today they tried to get me for stealing time. And hen I brought up she was supposed to fix it she acted like she never knew about it

Sometimes I get rushed and this causes me to be forgetful and I end up leaving cooked chicken out of the warmers on the counter for as long as a couple hrs. I put it right back in tho and sell it, do you think that's ok? No bodys comlained of getting sick
