What are some violations that you've witnessed while at Kroger?

How long does it take for the termination process of an employee take to go through? Also, what does it mean when store management say that the only thing that's going to save your job is if the paperwork was filed incorrectly. How would it be processed incorrectly?

I tried to refuse it over and over again, i told him i wasn't able to accept it... So he insisted so many times, he slipped it in the piece of paper he had asked for to write down what he wanted written on the cake. I wasn't sure if i should take it or not... i ended up taking it :o i just don't want to get in trouble...

I've seen a couple of posts here about relief pay. Back in June some time I worked in our dairy department (which isn't my department). Relief pay isn't on my paystub for that week, so I'm wondering if I can still file for it. I had no clue about the pay until I looked at this forum board.

I switched from being a grocery manager to a recirecei clerk for the hours so I can go back to school. They told me when I stepped down the only thing I would lose was the grocery manager premium. Now they tell me that I am to receive a different base rate of pay for the premium for being a receiving clerk. 14....
