Are there no "rules" when it comes to being the backup but not getting the backup pay rate? I know they like to see if a person is going to work out but can they just keep you in the position without a raise for as long as they want?

I was shocked and surprised that Kroger has actually lowered our price on bananas to a very cheap 39 cents a pound in the last week. I haven't checked Aldi's or Walmart's prices but I thought there were still in the 40s or 50s price-per-pound range. How long will this last? Is Kroger planning to stick...

I worked 7.5 hours on memorial day as a cashier and didn't get paid time and a half even tho the front end supervisor said I would. On express hr it says holiday pay but is at my normal rate. Do I talk to hr? The CSM is on vacation this week.

If a Kroger retiree from passes away does the retirement money then go to the spouse? ALSO, If spouse thenpasses away can it go to adult but disabled child?

Is night premium added to regular pay? For example if your regular pay reads: 13.50. But overnight premium says: 1.00. Does that add to 14.50 or is it just 13.50? I'm confused, thanks.

How long does it take for the termination process of an employee take to go through? Also, what does it mean when store management say that the only thing that's going to save your job is if the paperwork was filed incorrectly. How would it be processed incorrectly?

I've seen a couple of posts here about relief pay. Back in June some time I worked in our dairy department (which isn't my department). Relief pay isn't on my paystub for that week, so I'm wondering if I can still file for it. I had no clue about the pay until I looked at this forum board.
