i have a job interview coming up at Marianos in a bit for the position of produce clerk. Im just wondering how stressful the interview is, what kind of questions will he asked, etc. Ive heard the interview is basically a formality and its hard to not get the job. Is that true?

How do I go about doing this? Trying to use via turbo tax but if I have to I'll write it out in a long form, because as of now my refund is 723 dollars but that seems a bit wrong considering I pay $369.20 in union dues a year.

Does Kroger use seniority when deciding who gets the day they requested off? For example I'm requesting a holiday off, but I see that several other cashiers have requested the same day off. I have been their longer than they have been. Does seniority matter?
