Ralphs employee. We got the shaft. We now get 10% off private label instead of fuel points. We used to get 3x reward points(cash back sent quarterly) All companies now have the same program. Can someone tell me in detail what the new program entails?

Part of Restock Kroger is wage rate increase in some markets. Why not all markets? All associates in all states are expected to do the same kind of job in their departments, some of them will be paid more but not everybody in all states? I wonder why can't everybody get a raise, it's not really fair.
