I have live training tomorrow and was wondering what it consists of? I was hired a CC and was told I would be paired with another employee who would train me. Do I just watch and ask questions or is this a partner type thing?

I just wanted to say how AMAZING the service from Ms. Rockie at the McKinney Lake Forest location is! She is consistently joyful and she is nothing but a PERFECT example of a true giver of customer service. I hope she can truly be recognized for all of her hard work and talent. GO ROCKIE.
