So I put in available time slot "7:00am to 10:00 pm" the entire week and my floor supervisor decided to put me under "unavailable" the entire week. Is this a normal thing and can floor supervisors do that?

There's a new marketplace opening where I live and I'm just wondering what it's like being a floor supervisor at one of them. Is it true you can get in trouble for looking for a job while you're on a leave of absence or vacation? I can't remember where I learned of that but I think it was said that if you go away "to school" and they find out you were job hunting, you can face your demise

Is it required to schedule "personal days" weeks or months in advance? Vacation days of course, but a personal day is not same thing.
