A bagger below me is getting 40 hours/week when she's only considered part-time. She's the ONLY one on the whole front end getting that many hours. So, I talked to someone at work about this and they told me that my best bet would be to file a grievance. How do I go about filing one?

So they send us upstairs (they split us into groups and took 10 of us up every half hour or so.) Then take four of us into a different room depending on what store we applied...
