i put in for a transfer to another state and they DROPPED the ball! 4 hrs in to my last day they gave me transfer paperwork to get things started, i gave 3 weeks notice. my question is do they pay out vacation and such when they finally terminate my employment?

We have a customer who repeatedly stop by at ~11:50pm and is constantly shopping after 12. I do not mean, "Oh let me get the last item" either. This customer will attempt to continue on until 12:15 - 12:30. I'm sick and tired of seeing them do this constantly. Is there nothing we can do about it...

She was asked to resign due to multiple call offs. If she applies to another kroger after a while, can she just say she resigned? would they be able to find out the reason why she was asked to resign at another kroger? I would appreciate your response. Thanks
