Are there any tasks besides coinstar voucher and making change for a person that require the main terminal to be used and can't be done by the customer? I was training an employee today and couldn't think of all the applications, thank you!

I was wondering what if anything can be done about a store manger that smokes on the back dock. I think it is inconsiderate and downright disrespectul. Many employees feel the same way but everyone is afraid to do anything about it.

This is hilarious and fantastic news. Krogers are next in line for this treatment as well. This city is such a shit hole. Nothing but absolute lower life form savages that live here. Place has technology from 40 years ago. Mostly blacks that lived here and they are just destroying this area with crime l...

I heard at work that 2 employees spoke about hourly wage has decreased meaning...employee has to work towards their way up back to their previous hourly wage. I wonder who cut someone's hourly wage... Yet those lazy folks get increase of pay just by being lazy, causing trouble, and starring at everyo...

Dear Seniors: Stop licking your fingers before passing things. This is disgusting! Thank you. There is no reason for you to lick your fingers before passing every damn bill. There is no reason to lick your plastic cards before sliding them through the machine. There is no damn reason to lick your fin...

Is it worth being meat cutter at Kroger?

1. Don't come smelling of marijuana-I can't emphasize this enough 2. Don't ask for refunds on your Newport cigarettes-it is against the law in Georgia (and other places?) to give refunds on tobacco products 3. Learn how to use the pinpad. Stupid people all the time forget to lift the trap door up to acc...

Look this up if you haven't seen it. This jackass is truly clueless: the whole reason retail theft is 'at an epidemic high' is because the Super Rich keep raising prices to the point that law abiders are making hard choices between paying their monthly bills....and stealing their essential supplies...

I went into Kroger yesterday to get some bagels from the bakery section. The last time I bought them they were $2.99; yesterday they had gone up to $4.99. That a 66% increase in price!! I understand that costs to the retailer have gone up, but this is ridiculous. People are just going to stop buying...

I keep having this wonderful scenario of tourists thinking a European driver's license counts as a legal purchase for liquor. It must be a u.s. government issued id. Please stop acting like a dick about it when the manger accepts it but is hesitant and explains the policy to you. Then you ref use to bri...

Serious discussion here. I don't want Kroger in my community. I want them out of here. Does anyone know how to help push Kroger into bankruptcy/out of business so another retailer can takeover? I hate Kroger about as much as I hate the arena football league. They both suck and have outlived their us...

Anyone knows? Because someone said it's to pay union rep's health. I can't paying their health if an union rep neglects my calls regarding equal treatment at work.

Short staffed on cashiers. Customers still line up like there is one. Refuse to believe sco is all that there is. Kroger: This is getting old running constantly on skeleton crew. You give people jobs but they refuse to show up for them half the time. Being a cashier I can't tell you how many people get pis...

I am in the Local 1996 Atlanta GA area and it is common in our store to see people buying the $40 seafood sampler and various high-end cuts of meat (that I would never be able to afford or buy even if I could.)

I was clocked out for a break and a customer came up to me in the parking lot and wanted a refund from his gas pumping. I work at the fuel center and I was on my break. Supervisor said I should have gone back to give him his refund. Customer was older black man. Do I mention what happened to my store manager?
