Right now our district is going through wave 4 of Key Retailing. What is the dumbest thing other stores have lost points for? So far for me we lost points(every dept. in store) for not having sales ad taped to communication board. How many different things do you actually need on that board?

I own a couple Spartan stores in the Detroit area and am looking to stay competitive with my wages. Any information on salaries and benefits would be helpful (how much does it cost to have benefits at Kroger).

If my Union were to go on strike and I wanted to keep working, would I be able too? Also when the strike is over, would I still keep my job, when all the other workers return to work?

awhile back one of our managers came down with a box of ziploc bags and was passing them out to all department heads as "spill response kits". Inside each baggie, was a folded up Brawny paper towel like the ones we all use for cleaning. So we all get to talking about why they must carry them (...

Mrs. Tanner has shown these last couple days what she is truly all about and it is not the welfare of the people that is under her. I found out that she would not let the Belle Meade Kroger Store close Sunday. Now I have been told that people are trapped in the store. The water is knee high and know one can get...

Have to wonder if we do have any monitors for this board or if it is left to run amuck. If there are standards to be met and a monitor to enforce them then why let posts continue that has nothing to do with Kroger ( such as Pussy and getting laid) to continue? Is it just that they have disappeared an no longe...
