Don't you love it when a coworker adds another week on to their vacation? This screws over your coworkers into exhaustion and you eventually get sick of it. Lead's going to be pissed but I am not working with the flu bug. I did that on my last one and it took twice as long to get over it.

Our am opener kept having tardiness issues so they just changed his start time to compensate the difference instead of punishing him for it. Now, that's 100% favoritism!
