So I stupidly decided I was done with Kroger about a month ago, and figured with 10 months of retail experience someone else would hire me. 1 month later and I havent even gotten a callback from Mcdonald's. Im considering just asking for my job back for a few months, but I got a Note to File during my last we...
I've been working in hell for almost 2 years now, but about 8 months ago my department manager said he thought I would make an excellent assistant manager for produce, and ever since then, to this day, I have stayed and worked my ass off everyday for terrible pay, not even $10/hr. I have learned a lot, inc...
What is Kroger's policy in regards to in-store solicitation of employees? We had a woman the other night (actually a very nice customer we all know) who had a bunch of printed material from the JW's and was trying to solicit us. I know solicitations are not permitted OUTSIDE the store (except for the Cu...

What do I do when there isn't enough chicken or sides out to last until close and others who have worked there longer than me say "Don't worry about it"? I see there's not enough so I know the others do as well. Being a peon right now, there isn't much I can say. They just start shutting things off and getting...
Can someone who is knowledgeable PLEASE explain (in as much detail as you want to, the more, the better!) exactly how these work? There are supposed to be several different colored "heart" stickers available that can potentially be pasted onto these cards (about the size of a credit card) which are a...
Hey everyone. been with the company for 10 years, never had a write up until a few days ago, when I got an SIR. How important are these, and do I need to file to have it removed? The SIR was in regards to fresh scores.
