Oh, I'm sorry kroger but I did not pay 2k worth of education this quarter to be denied the test days for my classes only to be flat out failed it for failure to show up. Idk and I'm calling out on these two days be you like it or not.

UFCW has come out against it although I saw one post from a Union group that is still in favor of it. The FTC did the right thing in suing. Kroger should have known there would be trouble on this. I am surprised that Kroger hasn't tried to go after Publix even though it is a privately held company.
