1. If I am doing a floor sweep, do not stop to ask me a stupid question. I have had up to 5 people stop me-and my sweep taking an hour! 2. Do NOT ask me "do you work here?" My standard answer to those people is: "I have a Kroger uniform on-what do you think?" 3. STOP trashing our bathrooms! 4. Do not come into our e...

I tried accessing Feed on the store computer, but there wasnt an option on the menu in the bottom left corner. Would it be in Citrix? what is Citrix even used for?

It is unfair for some Employees to get discounts on card no matter where they go & my husband don't. He has been with Kroger & Owens for 49.5 years. We would like the same benefits as everyone else. His number was cs48513 for kroger. When you closed the store in Huntington,In. He told Magan tha...

......To take stock of all the things good in your life. Be glad for and appreciate your health, your loved ones, your job. If you've got a car but it's a old $hitty one that hardly runs, be glad you're not walking. If you're missing three teeth, be glad for the remaining 29. Got no woman but your hand still...

We had several people running out the store with meat in their hands. One employee was steamrolled during the getaway. They stepped on his hand and broke his finger. Good stuff

We have got two big mailings in the past two weeks and I am SICK of it. As a conservative Christian, the union has NO business telling me who I should vote for! Is this going on in your area too?

Even more BS today in the Local 1996 area. Our FES is now telling us we can only say "Hello" and "Thank You" to customers. This is BS-I will talk to customers as I normally do. Also that d*** rainbow heart is on the floor at the entrance to our self-checkout area. There is also a large banner with our new stor...

This happens several times a week. I'm almost 40 and I have customers a few years younger than me b-itch and complain about having to get their i.d. for an age restricted sale. You come into the store to buy booze. You know you're more than likely going to basked for i.d. You are say 32 and refuse to bring it...

These are some thoughts re. work place practices that have done very well for me for a long time. I was in retail for many years, and tho I work for a factory now these policies apply any where. So: * Bottom line, it's a job. Not your life. Don't make it that way. Filter everything you do there based on what y...

Several of my coworkers showed up with Q on their name tag instead of their actual name. Does anyone know why?

Kroger just gave me a good reason not to cover my coworker's @$$es any more. Fu-ck it! Last time I cover for someone who called out 2 hrs before their shift. Everyone was in a foul @$$ mood that day. While I'm all for being on call you could at least respect me for covering someone's @$$ rather than being sni...

Now if you don't say hello how are you and thank for shopping at Kroger. You will be sent home or suspended after 3 times. Kroger is an adult work environment right? Or is this grade school again. Instead of encouraging people to say hello and trusting associates they do this bull**** to punish us if...

Have any of you had your store close for what ever reason, and you had to be transfered to another one? What have been the affects of that? We lost one of our four in my city and the closest one to where it was has doubled in both employees and customer traffic----but with limited space and no where to expand...
