New bagger here. Today I had to do carts for 30 minutes but WOW was it hot (Checking my phone it was 95 degrees out!) I was by myself and and sweating was rolling down my face by the time I finished. Can anyone give me some tips on how to keep cool under the blistering heat while on cart duty?

We (Mid-Atlantic) were told that starting next week, any cash back request of $1.00 to $100 will incur a $0.50 fee. Do y'all know if this fee can be waived in any way (either through a Kroger Plus card or by being an employee)? Also oh boy I can't wait to hear customer complaints on this one @_@

The Union Handbook reads that you are considered full-time if scheduled 40 hours for 8 consecutive weeks. Must you also WORK those 40 hours? For instance, what if one of your 8 weeks averaged 30 or less because of you were out due to being ill?
