the waiting area of your little clinic? I sometimes take my break in the waiting area there cause it's a lot closer than the break room, which is far away. The nurses there seem to be cool with me taking my break there.

Here's one for you. According to our contract and state labor laws, we are suppose to get two 15-minute breaks if we work over six hours. This one woman, who was scheduled to work six hours, asked if she could stay over and take another 15-minute break. The answer of course was no.

Apparently I got a SIR write up a few days ago and I just now learned about it when our union rep told me he just saw the sheet on the store managers desk flipped upside down. It is for failure to follow OE life cycle. It is true that I've forgotten to do residual scans so I'm okay with the reason but it's unfair...

Last night I was forced to stay past my shift by management. I understand they can do this (I've been here over 4 years) but can they make you stay 2 hours past your availability? I've been told different things, they can and they can't.

Ive left Kroger this week as moving on to a much better job but I just wondered when does the employee discount stop working on my kroger card? I went to get a few things today and it still gave me the 10% discount is that normal?
