hi, so i have apparently reached tier 2 and this means i get a customer service shirt. i would like to know what happens when you get to tier 3 and if there is a tier 4. we were getting kroger bucks but now we're getting bags with candy in them.

Why are managers so uncaring when you try to call in sick? I say try because I just tried to, because I am definitely sick, and the manager just had this unforgiving combative attitude right from the start and told me to take some medicine and come to work on time.

I looked at my online paystub just now and saw that my Quantity Remaining hours have not changed since last week, yet my paycheck reflects last week's hours worked. Are they trying to cheat my hours before my next raise or something? I have not experienced such a thing like this before.

So how is Kroger going to respond to this? alot of the same "low rung on the ladder" jobs at CVS are comparable to cashier / clerk jobs at Kroger. And Kroger is starting cashiers out at 11.00 an hour currently, are they??? Not to mention baggers still around minimum wage or slightly above minimum wage....
