I really hate the stickers that are used for mark downs especially the ones in Bakery because they are always half faded and never properly scan and i end up having to hand type in the codes. Or sometimes someone will "forget" to put the stickers over the bar code, there was some sort of cereal from health...

I don't know why people think they have the permission to do this or think that is actually taking charge. When someone gets in my face, that makes me mad. All I'm hearing is myself saying "YOU ARE SO GLAD I'M AT WORK RIGHT NOW!" I hear nothing you are saying to me.

Customer said I rang up something twice, and asked me to review the order before they pay. I told them I don't think I scanned anything twice. But, I turned the screen to show them, and then they touched it... which I'm now completely regretting doing as that was obviously a bad idea. I didn't expect them...

There's an employee in the grocery department who refuses to do anything and has been telling management he wasn't gonna pull his weight when he works and it's causing tension between other employees? Can he be moved or is there anything you can do to move him to a different department?
