Only scheduled for 11 days out of each month. Fine, Kroger can keep it's hours. They'll never be able to find a better employee. Since Kroger forgot to put me in the schedule for for 3 weeks, on the fourth week, I was given 20 hours but I declined. No schedule, no loyalty.

We had a. Walk through today and lets just say my store is a mess. DM got on my store manager ass and he turn his keys in and left. Glad hes gone tired of him bullying and showing favoritism to this one employee cuz they are related. Now I wonder whos on a be at our store manager atm?

I've been with other companies that have used my time and it does not give employees livable paychecks. It is not the best system to write schedules. This system just reduced employee hours about 20%. Good lord one restriction severely penalizes your hours. Only request days off you truly need unles...

My store had a shake up and multiple people requiring on slipping through the cracks to survive are no longer with the company. We've lost about 6 people since we got a new manager about 8 months ago(Nov 23). Troubled employees are gone. Those requiring slipping through management turn over are gone....

Should the baker be able to bake all the bread, make the donuts, bag all the bread, put away the frozen food order, and do the breakout for the next day all in 7 1/2 hours? ( that's an 8-hour shift minus two 15-minute breaks)
