Customer screamed at me and I was not at fault. I don't know how the customer becomes confused between 2 employees with different appearances. Wanna tell me how you interrupt the customers screaming at you?

What should we do if injured and doctor gives note not to return to work for 30days? Injured tendon off duty. Do we request short term disability or leave of absence? Never done this and is there a number we call? Store manager is aware and given the doctor note but never said anything to us about filing...

ON my Night Crew I have Me The Grocery Manager and 1 stocker right now, We have a Truck 5 days a week, Every one is Over 1000 pieces. I through over 300 cases an hour plus we have to face the store. We get this done every night with no overtime. How is your night crew?

Curious. Because it seems like in every department I am in, there's at least 1 jealous associate and 1 immature (2nd to the department manager). From the post I read on here...it seems as if Kroger is made up of jealousy as essential ingredient.
