I've been doing the job three years and just today, as I was asking questions about what happens if I step down, I was told I would only lose my $0.75 lead pay, not my full time... I had no idea I was due lead pay at all?!

How do I go about filing a grievance? I'm being scheduled to work Saturdays AND Sundays every week when there's people below me who get every single weekend off. I'm so sick of being stuck working weekends when I have more seniority over those who get EVERY weekend off.

Just curious a person in the fuel center got a 3 day layoff because someone called the ethics hotline on them and told them that they were stealing time? ive been with Kroger with 8 years now and I've never heard of this?

When you go to another store to help for a grand reopening or something else, can your home store see your punches from the store you're helping out at or can they only see punches from your store?

i put in for a transfer to another state and they DROPPED the ball! 4 hrs in to my last day they gave me transfer paperwork to get things started, i gave 3 weeks notice. my question is do they pay out vacation and such when they finally terminate my employment?
