Well after several weeks being on a real nice hiatus, I am having my meeting with Kroger and the Union to resolve my suspension and the actions that caused it. Wish me luck and stay posted for what happens....

i've sprained my wrist pretty badly and the pain is hardly bearable. my job involves me lifting things, so i cant really work. i also cant afford to miss work. am i eligible for sick leave?

On Express HR they have the Salary/Wage information, and I am slightly confused. What are job steps? And Accrued Credited Quantity? And Quantity Remaining? Also, as a Cashier how often does my pay rate go up? Is it by days with Kroger, or by hours worked?
