we are having our Inventory on December 1st. Could there possibly be a worse time to have it? We still have tons of Thanksgiving backstock and we are still getting Christmas stuff

Have they made any changes to the ELMS formula? I have noticed in the past year, that it is getting harder to make ELMS, specifically with items that have a large quantities (such as someone having 40 Kool-Aid packets). These orders used to bring my ELMS sky high. Now, I am lucky to get over 100%.

I work part time in the meat dept at krogers..for the last two weeks they have given me no hours/ does the union protect me to at least get some hours?

Can management really tell me that i need to cut my hair. I am a male and I wanted to grow my hair out to an average 80's power metal level or axl rose level. Also can they prevent me from growing out my beard to a zach galifinakis level, not a zz top just a zach galifinakis.

I work in the front end as a cashier, and recently a lot of the other cashiers also have had our hours cut down from 30ish hours to at most 17 a week.And the worst part is, we have almost no baggers scheduled. Maybe it's the quevision we just started to use? Has this happened at anyone else's store?

I work in the deli bakery. We have just one oven in the bakery. The chef shop and deli share a small oven. In the four days before Thanksgiving we have to bake 3 to 5 times the amount of bread we normally do, bake around 120 cases of pumpkin and sweet potato pies, and bake 20+ cases of fruit pies.
