what is "ring tender" and "percent effective"? are they the same thing and what does it count for? i dont understand and i am scared to ask. what is a good score? how does it keep track? can you please help?

In our company (obviously Kroger ha), they act like there is no favoritism or that they don't prefer certain people over some. But I'm sorry- I think this is ridiculous. I'm not trying to slander any of my coworkers, i simply want you all to know that the problem of favoritism and shrugging off requests...

Our scan rate is down so we no longer have bagwells on the casher's side of the counter. The problem; when we dont have a bagger, we must step over to the end of the counter to bag the customers goods. We get blocked in by the customers in the lane behind us. i cannot remember where i saw this, but i know i read somewhere that some stores have greeters. How would a person go about applying for this position? would their pay/benefits be the same as a regular employee (non-bagger) or do the hours come from the front end/baggers?

Is there any place I can get the book online? I believe I was wrongfully terminated by the HR manager because I was getting close to retirement after 15 years with the company and called and asked about it but the HR manager is refusing to send me a copy.

Right now our district is going through wave 4 of Key Retailing. What is the dumbest thing other stores have lost points for? So far for me we lost points(every dept. in store) for not having sales ad taped to communication board. How many different things do you actually need on that board?
