We have been told safety is our number one priority. Customers and employees must remain on their feet. Then why is it when we utility clerks/courtesy clerks dont answer service calls up front, we get yelled at for it? Are we NOT supposed to do our sweeps PROPERLY? NOT do FAKE logs? Whenever we are on our...

I was recently asked "What our Deli/Bakery can do to improve and work as a Team?" 1) Management can actually do their job and make others do theirs. 2) Reward hard work (the ones who work are are the ones being treated like crap, while the ones who do next to nothing, but talk and stand around, get reward...

A notice was posted at the time clock that if you are not in uniform you will be sent home. Like other rules, it is not enforced. I don't understand why these rules are posted in the first place if there is no intention of following or enforcing them.

There were two customers that I had the other day. I firmly believe they were abusing this scanright policy. Four cans of Red Bull they were buying. Each for $2.99. They say it should be for $1.79 (Or whatever, I can't remember exact amount) and that it should be free. I walked them back to the mini fridge...

Last night I was forced to stay past my shift by management. I understand they can do this (I've been here over 4 years) but can they make you stay 2 hours past your availability? I've been told different things, they can and they can't.

What were the circumstances that led to this decision?

Why dont we have hours to cover flash sales on Saturday? No help? Also senior day Tuesday is just as bad. I work in the delta division. Who can I complain to?
