I honestly don't know what is wrong with me. People hate me. People are intimidated by me from the moment I say 'Hello'. Everyone I work with, in my department, hates me. They loved me at first. They gave great reviews about me. They constantly told me how good I was, what a good work ethic I have, and how...
Does any one know if all Kroger stores and their affiliates are distributed similar seasonal items? As I'm trying to look up this really awesome Caramel Apple Torte Cake that my store got in with our seasonal stuff. Had yellow cake, with apple filling(like how they would put in one of those baked apple...
So I was coming into work the other day and noticed a new posting about us doing a kids night(can't forget the costumes and fun) on Oct. 24th and that each dept. has to have an activity for the kiddies. To which I believe this is brought to us by Apparel and the culture council. And has me wondering, is anybo...
I don't know if that means the UFCW Local 1000 is actually putting up a fight and is determined to not let Kroger screw us out of a decent pay increase (last summer, word was the union was going to fight for $10.00 an hour in light of Walmart, Target, heck even McDonald's, and pretty much everyone else rais...
Do you have a Kroger co-worker that swears you like them, even though you never utter a peep to them, or they think you like them when you are just nice to everybody. Or they swear that they are God's of the Kroger universe, yet they can barely do the minimum required of their job. Or they feel you must give t...
I always was under the impression uniforms were required no shorts unless your job is in clicklist. interesting a female employee was allowed to wear gym shorts while outside while raising money for breast cancer.
Yesterday I got a text from another front-end employee asking me if I could cover for her at the last minute. That employee mentioned that she was given my cell phone number. Does your location do this?
i just got promoted as an assistant head meat cutter and the store im at is unorganized and under staffed. I have only done the job for a few weeks and want to go back to my original store. Their is an opening at my my old store for the same job I have now so it would be a latteral move and closer to home. Would th...
The lengths these people will go to prove to they are better than the next person, only to expose how truly insecure they are and how stupid they are, because the things front end people fight for are so pathetic and dumb. No wonder Kroger treats their employees like dirt, some of them are just blobs of me...
I posted this question several months ago and didn't get much response-trying again. What happened and did your CC go to the hospital or sue the store or the person that hit them?
i had just punched off of work this morning and i was outside the front door browsing the newly stocked pumpkins, when i hear keys jingle and a female voice grunt in pain. i turn around and see an elderly woman collapsed on the side walk with her purse sprawled out on the ground. i said verbally "oh my god!"...
Had a quick question over a change in pay once you move from part-time to full time(to which I did on the 23rd of July this year). I've checked my contract and don't really see anything about a change of pay. As it looks like I'd be making the same amount following how they do the 5 cent raise anyway. Which I'...
Ok. So I requested a week off for the beginning of october in august, august 8th I believe. I have already hit my year mark back in February and used my vacation hours way earlier this year, so I specifically marked the request as all no pay and I checked the schedule today and I was only given three of the da...
how do I get my timesheet if I work at Kroger? I need it to use my Activehours app. My department manager told me I could find it some where on express hr, but I searched the whole website top to bottom and couldn't find anything???? Help lol..
So yesterday, I was tasked with helping out in the chicken shop. Which I've done only once before in regards to the packaging. Welp, the other day I did some more packaging, cooked my first set of ribs ever and even some fried chicken and unbreaded chicken as well(cooking the chicken kind of scared me **...
