When already carrying a title and other person hasn't gone through the training yet, taken the classes, or worked for Kroger as long as you, doesn't that mean the position is yours? Doesn't seniority play a role in this? People really play me as a fool.

One of the cashiers at the location I work at had to call a manager over this Thursday because a customers of hers was wanting the 2 day Friday and Saturday e coupon sale price on Thursday. The manager did not give him the sale price.

In our grocery department the overnight dp and lead positions are open, but they're never posted. Does anyone know why this is? You'd think that they'd give somebody the opportunity to apply for one of them. It's not even listed on the kroger job website.
