I thought after a year, we were supposed to get one. I'm still at my same pay. I could have sworn the union rep said something about it. I'm not going to go crazy for 10 cents or whatever an hour, but I'm just curious.

What happens if I dont sign up for the union vs if I do? Is it worth it if I just work 24 hours a week? I have a set schedule that never chamges Am happy with my job. Didnt realize Kroger was union tell I got info in the mail.
