I know this is one of the perks kroger tries to push on customers to get them to come work for us. I saw a similar post at taco bell. First of all, minimum wage is hardly "competitive" and secondly why are they looking for great people to work when they don't have the hours to give out?

I am constantly getting left with 1st shifts mess because they can't do their jobs. When I'm done it is almost perfect. Why do I bother, when 1st shift doesn't get told about it. No one gets wrote up anymore.
