At my store there are a number of Courtesy Clerks that are able to run register/SCO with their own numbers. They are sometimes even scheduled to run these registers/SCO however their classification is still Courtesy Clerk... is this in violation of anything?

I asked multiple managers and even people above the managers about when exactly the probationary period starts and nobody ever answered me. Does it start the day you're hired or does it start the day you actually get behind a register and start working?
