A department head in my store filed a grievence because there is no lead for the diary at this time. The lead person left and as far as i know no one has been put in that position. Can this put a strain on a dept head and the store management??

Okay so, if you take a week vacation do you get paid for the vacation during the vacation week or your next paycheck? I assumed my next paycheck but it seems like theyre paying me twice this week..

I'm not talking about my availability, I already know how to do that. I'm asking if there is a way I can change how many hours I have to work in one week online. Right now they have me working 26 hours and I would like to work 15-20.

As an assistant grocery head, shouldn't I be trained on receiving? Neither my dept. head nor I are properly trained for it. I could be wrong but isn't there something wrong here? I'm certified... but all that means is that I can take a test....
