Our union rep seems to be working and backing the company more than it does the employees who pay him. He'll never give you a straight answer and always defends the company. Sorry but if I pay somebody, they're going to listen and I don't know if there are any good union reps, but I'd like to see one

As a courtesy clerk I have limited access to information about things that are going in my store as well as the Kroger Co. as a whole. I know this probably won't happen since in general the Kroger tptb don't give a hoot, but is there anyway I could get into the loop as it were?

Is anyone else angry about these ads when they see one print out for a customer? Why should we use our tax dollars to pay someone else's cell phone bill when we can barely pay our own?

Last week a co-worker showed up to work hung-over, his speech was slurred and could barely function. He was on the ale register for the entire day and finally was more coherent after several hours. I dont know if management noticed. What should I do?

In addition, since my vacation is unpaid what exactly distinguishes it from days requested off? My store is a member of the Atlanta local 1996...

Theres what - a few thousand stores -- out there, right? I know that my store is pretty F'd up and then I travel to quite a few other local Kroger store...
