Hey everyone I've been working in the Deli department for over a year and I have a 27 hour vacation and 1 personal day left. I jut got offered another job and im giving my 2 week notice this week. Do I get paid for my vacations and personal day even tho I'm not taking them? thanks

Can someone tell me exactly what a "job step" in this company is? I looked on express hr because I noticed I had gotten a raise, and then I saw the job step thing. There are only 4 people in my department. My job step is 20, my next job step is 0030. I don't know what this means.
