Can Kroger make me stay past my scheduled time even if I am late? Like say I over slept and was scheduled 8 hrs. From 6am -2:30 with lunch. But I didnt get there till say 7. Could they make me stay till 3:30 to make that hour up legally even if I already have other plans outside of work?
