I assume you've all heard that announcement playing on the speakers in between pages and mostly **** music I've heard over and over, as if I'm in an insane asylum with a tape on repeat (feels like it sometimes). I had to stop in the middle of what I was doing when I heard kroger claim to have "a competitive s...
...........there's, like, maybe 6--7 'members' left on here, desperately clinging to their little soup can-on a shoe string phone line connections with each other, pathetically and bitterly watching their precious little Kroger Employee Forum crumble to termite dust around them. Everyone el...
So in a previous post I stated that this week I was only scheduled 14 front end hours. Today when I went into work the FEM was gloating that 'I hear you don't like your schedule' as he was smirking at me. He then proceeded to tell me that because I have my 'availability' from 8 am to 5 pm everyday, that he's not...
This forum used to be great. Now it just sucks. Because we members let it suck. Because people responded to the trolls, let them piss us off, make us want to rip their faces off. But it only gives them more power. If we simply ignore the retards they won't be having any fun and they will go play somewhere els...

So I am the black sheep in my store and yesterday I was having fun with a customer. I was trying to display the highest level of customer service to the point of gayness level. A customer walks in and she had a coffee mug in her carriage cup holder. I asked, "May I hold your coffee while you shop?" and also "Y...
I want to punch mega-kitteh right in his f*cking face! He comes on here and expresses his views, which is fine and all, but does he need to use f*cking caps each time he wants to get a point across? Caps mean yelling. If he wanta to get his point across there is this nifty thing called the underline tool or th...
Yep. True story, I'm not saying what div. I'm in (of course) but I was fired last month for 'attendance issues' (no way that's true) as well as some other b.s. fluff they came up with. Then I found out thru the grape vine that my private medical records had been spied on (I've been seeking treatment for alm...

While certainly, as a board that doesn't share any real names, it is less useful here, I know a few people also post things from time to time on Facebook. Sometimes, these people get fired over their postings. I seem to remember one person suggesting their department working conditions caused them il...
