Michigan Division. Local 876. I know all about full timers working one night a week, order of seniority, etc. But can the company just decide to work their leads 3 nights (like until 8 or 9) a week? It is ClickList and the excuse is that the dept falls apart after we leave.

Here in Local 1996 to avoid a $15 week surcharge you have to get a biometric screening. I have privacy concerns regarding this because I think such info could be used against you at some point-even though the Union says the info will not be released to Kroger. Thoughts anyone?

The typically aren't done at my store. Usually they are put into carts and put to one corner of the store no one ever uses until it gets slow and then the supervisor gets someone to do them. How do they typically handle the rejects at your store?

We have several homeless people that sometimes hang out in our store. One man uses the men's facilities to wash himself. The woman who pushes the wheelchair has been kicked out of our store several times. Are homeless people an issue in your store and if so, how are they dealt with?
