Where in the contract can I find information regarding how many times can a person call in sick? And what are the consequences of calling in sick or not showing up to work?

I do so with every customer. one of the girls even told me we get a $5 GC or something if they do it and it's highly satisfied. So how do I know when they do so and I get a good review?
