If they call people from other departments to check, why don't they have checkers help other departments when there are 3 checkers with nothing to do? I am referring mostly to evenings since I work nights when I see this happenning.

What's Kroger's policy on reducing the price of items for customers at checkout? I usually get at least one person per shift saying that some item rang up at the wrong price and I don't always have a courtesy to go price check them.
