I have been with Kroger for about 3 months now and I read a memo about bonuses. I am a bagger and was wondering if I am entitled to one. The memo also mentioned that it picks the top rated clerk for the bonus. How will I know if I am entitled to the bonus? Also how will I know my rating?

There is this whole atmosphere of filing greivences when something happens you don't like in the store, bumping schedules and times, doing your best to right any wrong Kroger does on purpose or accident...

It has me working till midnights on a couple days when the bagger's night shift ends at 11 and gave me only 4 days to work when my availability is 5. I wasn't the only one affected by this....
