They ain't so happy, these holiday times. I'm almost three months in at my job, and I am left alone in evenings (well, everyone else leaves 2 or 3:30pm - rare some stay past, but I rearly seem them on the floor, dept. heads, etc.), on the holidays, to handle all of dairy. At our store we have a bunch of signs in the milk department that say something along the lines of "The dates don't lie! Kroger brand milk really stays fresher longer!" How can that be true? What are they putting in the milk that keeps it fresher longer?
