can someone tell me how i file a grievance. do i go through the union. my coworkers want to sign grievance on our coworker. she is also our department head. what will it accomplish. managemet is not helping with our issues with her. will this help?

why do so many not press card on the screen when promoted to "Select your method of payment" and then yell at the attendant about being charged twice? why do they take all their bags off the bagging area before paying and then stare at the machine when it says "please place you bags back...

What's the difference between a courtesy clerk and a utility clerk? I heard some contracts give utility clerks raises and not courtesy clerks, but if both classifications do the same work, what would be the point of management hiring utility clerks?
