I am new to this site but need to voice how disappointing it is to see a company appear to do a good thing by hiring handicapped employees only to see them verbally harass and humiliate them. Shame on them, and shame on you who participate in the harassment or allow it to continue unchecked.

King Soopers ( a division of Kroger) is union. If I transfer to a Kroger store in another state that is also union why do I lose my seniority?

If an employee wants to transfer to another department or another store can management say no? I want to transfer out of the deli but have told I'm too valuable an employee. So in other words, I'm being penalized for being a good worker?

At my store one of our long time employees just lost one of her siblings, this just after the death of her father a few months ago. Anyway she didn't get funeral pay for her fathers death because of her being on vacation at the time. My question is, shouldn't you still get funeral pay if your on vacation?...
