Does anyone work as a floral back up or lead? I may become floral back up or lead in a floral dept at Kroger. I started at $8.35 eight months ago if given the title of back up or even lead, will this come with a raise? What is the typical pay for floral lead or back up?

Is there a way to search for jobs at other stores, if I wanted to transfer to another store? For example, If I wanted to know if a store needed somebody on third shift could I find that put somewhere or would I have to contact that store's manager?

i started my first day on the job yesterday and i still dont have a hourly wage. i didnt even punch in or even know how. the guy training me said theyd still pay me but im just probably not in the system yet. is this normal or should i be worried?

How has it affected you? Do you ever feel like going off on the inspector about how no one follows the stupid rules when they're not around? I've often felt the need to tell them how the managers don't even follow them. Guess I'm just a tattle tale at heart.

so i applied to Krogers and about a week later they called me back for an interview. the same day right after the interview they come back in an hour for a drug test then wait for the results. they called me 2 days later and told me to come up there to fill out paper work and for testing. so it sounds like i got it...
