So here I am one of your local Secretary, Associate Manager, HR what ever you guys like to call us come on let all that anger out vent. I will make sure that the right people will see your post with hopes of getting something done to change what has made our employees so disgruntle.

we can't stack our empty pallets higher than 12 tall, (of course I always go higher!) but they can send us pallets that wont even fit off the truck!!! THey can't stack worth a ****! Honestly who thinks it's a good idea to stack a pallet of dogfood on top of potato chips? Anyway they do some stupid stuff...

i don't understand why management seems clueless on what really goes on in the store. I can't understand also why they say they want everything Krogers way. But ignore the problems at hand that is affecting customers because an employee mentioned it, like we are stupid. Well wakeup people.........
